Terms and Conditions

  1. Your booking is only regarded as confirmed and secured upon receipt of cleared funds as deposit. The deposit required for each car is a minimum of 10% and is non- refundable.

  2. The balance for your booking must be paid, in full, at least one calendar month before the date of the event. No service will be provided unless cleared funds have been received in full

  3. Cancellations must be made in writing to Regal Wedding Cars. All cancellations incur a charge (minimum amount is the booking fee) should the hirer cancel within 90 days of the wedding date the balance is due in full. In the event that we secure another booking for the vehicle for the same date all monies will be refunded minus the Booking Fee.

  4. In the event of the hirer changing the date of a booking we will transfer the booking fee to the new date if that date is available. However, if the new date is unavailable the hirer will forfeit the booking fee.

  5. For your protection and assurance cancellations are only accepted in writing.

  6. Every care is taken to maintain vehicles in first class condition, but in the unlikely event that the car booked is unable to complete the engagement owing to mechanical failure, accident or any other cause whatsoever, then whilst we will endeavour to provide a satisfactory alternative and / or agree a financial settlement The amount refunded will not exceed the value of the booking for that particular car. No liability will be accepted by us for any consequential loss.

  7. Our vehicles are maintained to the highest standard, in an attempt to make them as reliable as possible. However, in the unforeseen event of an accident, breakdown, puncture, traffic jam or severe weather, the company accepts no liability, nor responsibility for the consequences of such an occurrence. The company will however, undertake whatever measures are necessary to complete the hiring, which may, which at the companies discretion, include providing an alternative vehicle.

  8. Our cars are cleaned to the highest standard, and will be checked over, and cleaned again shortly before arrival. However, the company can accept no liability, nor responsibility for clothing becoming dirtied or damaged. This is particularly relevant during times of inclement weather.

  9. We may take photographs at weddings and publish them in our company literature or on social media or our website. We will provide you with a copy these images, free of charge for you to use as you wish. If you do not wish to have your images taken or used, please make us aware of this in writing when paying the deposit or balance. The images taken will be kept for a maximum of 12 months then deleted.   

  10. The drivers will use their judgment at a sensible speed in relation to the road and weather conditions. No responsibility can be taken for route closures or for restrictions relating to vehicle access to any location or hold ups on route. or adverse weather conditions. We cannot be held responsible for late arrival or cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control. Wedding insurance is available and we strongly recommend all our clients to take this out especially for Winter Weddings as we cannot be held responsible for inclement weather, including floods, snow, ice and rain

  11. All passengers are requested to make sure that all belongings are with them before vacating the vehicle(s). Valuables should not be left in the vehicle(s) during the ceremony. Every effort is made to ensure against damage to, or loss of property of the hirer or any member of the wedding party when either stationary or travelling in our vehicles.

  12. No responsibility will be accepted for restrictions relating to vehicle access to any location. The company can accept no liability, nor responsibility for clothing becoming dirtied or damaged due to the lack of access for the vehicle. This is particularly relevant during times of inclement weather.

  13. The hirer will be responsible for any damage caused to the companies vehicles however caused by the hirer, or the hirer`s gues

  14. By law there will be no smoking in any of our cars or near the vicinity of the drivers.

  15. Your Wedding Car will be made available for a short time after your arrival at your Reception Venue, This is usually around 15 / 30 minutes. If you require the car for longer, a charge of £50 per hour will be charged. This must be arranged prior to your Wedding dat

  16. By signing and or returning your booking form and paying the booking fee you will be deemed to have agreed to the above terms and conditions
